The campaign kicked off on 21 June 2024, with enthusiastic involvement from Bank Pembangunan Malaysia (BPMB) and SME Bank. This joint effort is a big step in addressing environmental issues and supporting Malaysia’s move toward a circular economy.
Through this campaign, the Bank aims to educate its staff and promote a culture of environmental responsibility, highlighting the growing importance of sustainability in the business world. Petronas Dagangan Berhad has sweetened the deal by offering RM3 per kg of collected oil, motivating everyone to embrace eco-friendly practices.
