The “12 Steps” can be used both locally and globally. All the key export activities are covered. It is arranged sequentially and is representative of how a typical export process would take place. The first part (Steps 1 to 10) relates to Pre-Order and the second part (Steps 11 to 12) deals with Post-Order activities.
