STATEMENT BY DIRECTORS

PURSUANT TO SECTION 251(2) OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 2016

We, Dato’ Charon Wardini Mokhzani and Lee Eng Huat, being two of the Directors of Export-Import Bank of Malaysia Berhad,
do hereby state that, in the opinion of the Directors, the accompanying financial statements set out on pages 111 to 244 are
drawn up in accordance with MFRS Accounting Standards (“MFRS”), IFRS Accounting Standards (“IFRS”) and the requirements
of Companies Act, 2016 in Malaysia so as to give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Group and of the Bank as at
31 December 2024 and of their financial performance and cash flows for the financial year then ended.
