STATEMENT BY DIRECTORS

Pursuant to Section 251(2) of the Companies Act, 2016

We, Dato’ Azman Mahmud and Dato’ Wong Lee Yun, being two of the Directors of Export-Import Bank of Malaysia Berhad,
do hereby state that, in the opinion of the Directors, the accompanying financial statements set out on pages 100 to 237 are drawn up
in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards and the requirements
of Companies Act, 2016 in Malaysia so as to give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Group and of the Bank as at
31 December 2021 and of the results and cash flows of the Group and of the Bank for the year then ended.
