DIRECTORS’ REPORT

The Directors hereby present their report and the audited financial statements of the Group and of the Bank for the financial year
ended 31 December 2020.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES
The Bank is principally engaged in the business of banking in export and import by granting credit, issuing guarantees and providing
other related services. The Bank is also engaged in the provision of export and domestic credit insurance facilities, takaful facilities
and trade related guarantees to Malaysian companies.
The principal activities of the subsidiaries are as disclosed in Note 12 to the financial statements.

There have been no other significant changes in the nature of the Group’s and the Bank’s principal activities during the financial year.

There were no material transfers to or from reserves during the financial year other than as disclosed in the financial statements.

In the opinion of the Directors, the results of the operations of the Group and of the Bank during the financial year were not
substantially affected by any item, transaction or event of a material and unusual nature.

DIVIDENDS

The Directors do not recommend any dividend payment for the current financial year.
