          Through engagement with our stakeholders, we have identified the following 10 material matters as most relevant to the Bank’s
          operations and sustainability performance.

                                                  violation of human rights through initiatives such as establishing policies to
                                                  safeguard human rights, promoting fair labour practices and decent working
                                                  conditions, and considering human rights risks and elements throughout the
                                                  decision-making process when financing projects
               5      Occupational                Ensuring the health, safety and welfare of our staff are prioritised through
